Title
An ordinance relating to designated streets on which vehicles may be parked on both sides of the street, except when snow has accumulated to a depth of 2 inches or more.
Analysis
This ordinance designates the following blocks for overnight parking on both sides of the street, except when snow has accumulated to a depth of 2 inches or more:
1400-1600 blocks of S. 7th Street
1200-1500 blocks of S. 12th Street
1900-2100 blocks of S. 14th Street
1000-1300 blocks of S. 17th Street
700-1100 blocks of S. 20th Street
700-1400 blocks of S. 21st Street
800-1100 blocks of S. 23rd Street
600-800 blocks of W. Bruce Street
1000-1400 blocks of W. Madison Street
1100-1500 blocks of W. Orchard Street
1100-1300 blocks of W. Washington Street

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-26.5-1-a of the code relating to streets on which parking is permitted on both sides, except when snow has accumulated to a depth of 2 inches or more, is amended by adding the following:
On South 7th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Historic Mitchell Street (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 12th Street from West Scott Street to West Lapham Boulevard (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 14th Street from West Burnham Street to West Grant Street (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 17th Street from West Mineral Street to West Greenfield Avenue (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 20th Street from West Pierce Street to West Scott Street (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 21st Street from West Pierce Street to West Orchard Street (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On South 23rd Street from West National Avenue to West Scott Street (parking prohibited on east side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On West Bruce Street from South 6th Street to South 9th Street (parking prohibited on north side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On West Madison Street from South 10th Street to South 15th Street (parking prohibited on north side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)
On West Orchard Street from South 11th Street to South Cesar E. Chavez Drive (parking prohibited on north side of street when snow accumulation is 2 inches or more)

Part 2. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the code relating to alternate-side night parking exceptions is amended by striking the following:
