Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Broadway from East Wells Street to a point 210 feet south
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North Broadway from the south curb line of East Wells Street to a point 210 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the north side of West Villard Avenue from North 56th Street to North 57th Street from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day"
"On North 26th Street from West Lisbon Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of North 16th Street between West Walnut and West Brown Streets at any time except Sundays from 7:00 AM to Noon"
"On the east side of North 3rd Street from the driveway at 3832 to a point 62 feet north"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley bounded by North Cass Street, North Marshall Street, East Kilbourn Avenue and East Wells Street at any time
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of Old World 3rd Street from West State Street to West Kilbourn Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On Old World 3rd Street from West Juneau Avenue to West State Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On the north side of West State Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On the south side of West State Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On the south side of West Highland Avenue from the Milwaukee River to North 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On West Highland Avenue from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"

Part 5. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Capitol Drive from North 80th Street to a point 100 feet east
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 16th Street between West Olive and West Congress Streets from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on regular school days"
"On North 19th Place from West Capitol Drive to West Fiebrantz Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On North 12th Lane between West Juneau and West McKinley Avenues"
"On the west side of North 2nd Street from West Hadley Street to West Locust Street on odd calendar dates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the east side of North 4th Street from West Locust Street to West Chambers Street on even calendar dates except Sunday"
Part 7. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of Old World 3rd Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West State Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On Old World 3rd Street from West State Street to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to Old World 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the north side of West State Street from Old World 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On West Highland Avenue from the Milwaukee River to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of West Juneau Avenue from North 4th Street to North 5th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of West State Street from Old World 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
Part 8. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On South 12th Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Lapham Boulevard
On West Hayes Avenue from South 14th Street to South 15th Street
On South Union Street from West Arrow Street to South 20th Street
Part 9. Section 101-32-3-c-4 of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of Old World 3rd Street from West State Street to West Kilbourn Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"
"On Old World 3rd Street from West Juneau Avenue to West State Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"
"On West State Street from the Milwaukee River to North 3rd Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"
"On the north side of West State Street from North 3rd Street to North 4th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday"
