Title
An ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to North Marshall Steet to a point 95 feet north thereof any time”
“On the south side of East Mason Street from the west curb line of North Cass Street to a point 128 feet west thereof any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 6th Street from the north curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 60 feet north
On the south side of West Highland Boulevard from a point 190 feet East of North 35th Street to a point 62 feet east thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Mason Street from North Water Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Wells Street from North Cass Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM”
“On East Wells Street from North Cass Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
“On North Cass Street from East Wells Street to East Juneau Avenue from 7:00AM to 7:00PM”
“On North Marshall Street from East Wells Street to East Wisconsin Avenue from 7:00AM to 6:00PM”
“On the north side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Cass Street to North Prospect Avenue from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
“On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from North Cass Street to North Prospect Avenue from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Cass Street from East Juneau Avenue to East Kilbourn Avenue from 7:00AM to 7:00PM
On North Cass Street from East Kilbourn Avenue to 235 feet south from 7:00AM to 7:00PM
On East Mason Street from North Water Street to North Van Buren Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday
On East Wisconsin Avenue from North Prospect Avenue to North Van Buren Street, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM on Saturday
Part 6. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternating Side Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North 2nd Street from West Vine Street to West North Avenue
On East/West Vine Street from North Hubbard Street to North Martin Luther King Drive
Part 7. Section 101-32-3-b-4 of the Code relating to One-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On East Mason Street from North Jackson Street to North Cass Street”
“On East Mason Street from North Water Street to North Marshall Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday”
Part 8. Section 101-32-3-b-5 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Marshall Street from East Wells Street to East Mason Street from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday”
“On North Marshall Street from East Wisconsin Avenue to East Wells Street”
“On East Mason Street from North Marshall Street to North Cass Street”
“On East Mason Street from North Marshall Street to North Prospect Avenue 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday”

Part 10. Section 101-32-3-b-6 of the Code relating to Three-Hour Meter is amended by adding the following:
On North Cass Street from East Wells Street to a point 110 feet north from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday
On North Marshall Street from East Wells Street to East Mason Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday
On East Mason Street from North Van Buren Street to North Prospect Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday
On North Prospect Avenue from East Wells Street to East Mason Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday
