A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Bluemound Road from N. Story Parkway to N. Hawley Road from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Lisbon Avenue from N. 29th Street to N. 39th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Lisbon Avenue from N. Sherman Boulevard to N. 45th Street from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Bluemound Road from N. Story Parkway to N. Hawley Road from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday
On the south side of W. Lisbon Avenue from N. 29th Street to N. 40th Street from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday
On the south side of W. Lisbon Avenue from N. Sherman Boulevard to N. 46th Street from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. 68th Street from a point 40 feet north of W. Mt. Vernon Avenue to a point 150 feet north of W. Fairview Avenue from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Bluemound Road from a point 440 feet east of N. 89th Street to N. 95th Street from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the west side of S. Layton Boulevard from W. National Avenue to W. Lincoln Avenue from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Ring Street from the west curb line of N. 9th Street to a point 50 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the east side of N. Richards Street from a point 90 feet north of the north curb line of E. Keefe Avenue to a point 83 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of N. Stanley Place from the north curb line of E. Walworth Street to a point 80 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of E. St. Paul Avenue from the west curb line of N. Water Street to a point 80 feet west thereof between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM"
Part 4. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Bluemound Road from N. 89th Street to N. Mayfair Road from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
On the east side of S. Layton Boulevard from W. National Avenue to W. Lincoln Avenue from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On E. St. Paul Avenue from the Milwaukee River to N. Plankinton Avenue"
"On W. State Street between N. 10th and N. 11th Streets"
