A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of S. 13th Street from W. Granada Street to a point 100 feet north at any time
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of S. 13th Street from W. Granada Street to a point 55 feet north at any time"
"On the north side of E. St. Paul Avenue from N. Broadway west to the alley from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM"
"On the north side of E. St. Paul Avenue from the west curb line of N. Jackson Street to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"
"On E. Pittsburgh Avenue from S. 1st Street to the east line of S. Ferry Street at any time"
"On the south side of E. Maple Street from S. Kinnickinnic Avenue to the alley west of S. Kinnickinnic Avenue"
"On W. St. Paul Avenue from N. 5th Street to N. 4th Street at any time"
"On the south side of W. Seeboth Street commencing at a point 111 feet east of the east lot line of S. 2nd Street and extending to a point 45 feet east thereof"
"On the south side of E. Reservoir Avenue from the west curb line of N. Hubbard Street to a point 130 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. North Avenue from N. 23rd Street to N. 1st Street from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"
"On E./W. Wisconsin Avenue between N. Prospect Avenue and N. Plankinton Avenue at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No parking is amended by adding the following:
On E./W. Wisconsin Avenue between N. Plankinton Avenue and N. Water Street at any time
On E. Wisconsin Avenue between N. Cass Street and N. Prospect Avenue at any time
In the alley north of W. Forest Home Avenue from S. 58th Street to the dead end east thereof at any time
On the east side of N. Plankinton avenue from a point 200 feet south of W. Buffalo Street to S. 2nd Street
On E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Water Street to N. Cass Street from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to 30 Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Prospect Avenue from the south curb line of E. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 200 feet north of the south curb line of E. Wisconsin Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On E. St. Paul Avenue from the Milwaukee River to N. Broadway from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Scott Street between S. 21st and S. 22nd Streets"
"On the north side of W. St. Paul Avenue from the east curb line of N. 10th Street to a point 100 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On E. Seeboth Street from S. Ferry Street to S. 1st Street"
"On N. Richards Street from E. Nash Street to E. Melvina Avenue"
"On W. Vienna Avenue from N. 38th Street to N. 39th Street"
Part 7. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Palmer Street from E. Abert Place to E. Melvina Street"
Part 8. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Plankinton Avenue from a point 21 feet south of the south lot line of W. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 52 feet south (3 cabs)"
Part 9. Section 101-32-3-c-2 of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Forest Home Avenue from S. 13th Street to S. 14th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On W. Mitchell Street from S. 7th Street to S. 14th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 10. Section 101-32-3-c-4 of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Water Street to N. Cass Street from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 11. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On W. Mitchell Street from S. 6th Street to S. 14th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
On W. Forest Home Avenue from S. 13th Street to S. 14th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
