Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On West Tory Hill from West Michigan Street to North 13th Street at any time"

"On the east side of South 1st Street from East Florida Street to East National Avenue from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 3rd Street from the south curb line of West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 105 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the east side of South 8th Street from the south curb line of West Mitchell Street south to the north line of the first east/west alley south of West Mitchell Street at any time"

"On the north side of West Sarnow Street from North 35th Street to West Lisbon Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of North 12th Street north of West Garfield Avenue for a distance of 70 feet"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Rohr Avenue from North 35th Street to a point 100 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday

On the east side of North 38th Street from West Capitol Drive to a point 120 feet north at any time

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 8th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Michigan Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Vliet Street between North 18th and North 19th Streets"

Part 6.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Mineral Street from South 1st Street to 160 feet east of South 1st Street"

Part 7.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 67th Street from West Keefe Avenue Parkway to a point 140 feet south
