Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 21st Street from North Teutonia Avenue to West Capitol Drive from December 1 to March 1 at any time except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM"
"On the west side of North 28th Street from the north line of the driveway at 3715 to a point 20 feet north there of"
"On West Port Avenue from a point 600 feet west of the west curb line of West Calumet Road to a point 600 feet west thereof from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM every day"
"On the east side of North 35th Street from the south line of West Silver Spring Drive to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time"
"4552 North Teutonia Avenue from the driveway at the address above to a point approximately 90 feet north"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
In the alley north of West Capitol Drive between North 11th Street and North 12th Street
On the north side of North Riverboat Road from North Humboldt Avenue to a point 900 feet east
On the south side of East Reservoir Avenue from East Garfield Avenue to a point 860 feet west
On the east side of North 4th Street from West Juneau Avenue to a point 140 feet north
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 26th Street from the south curb line of West Burleigh Street to a point 300 feet south thereof"
"On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from the north curb line of West Green Tree Road extended to a point 400 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the west side of North 19th Street from West Olive Street to West Fiebrantz Avenue"
"On the east side of North 27th Street from West Atkinson Avenue to Port Sunlight Way"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 42nd Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 260 feet north
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to West Juneau Avenue between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the east side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to a point 140 feet north of West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
Part 6. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Bow Street from South Muskego Avenue to South Pearl Street
On the south side of West Bow Street from South Muskego Avenue to South Union Street
Part 7. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North Bremen Street from East Garfield Avenue to East Meinecke Avenue"
Part 8. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Bremen Street from East Garfield Avenue to East North Avenue
Part 9. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On West Scott Street from South 8th Street to South 9th Street
On South 15th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Hayes Avenue
Part 10. Section 101-32-3-f-4 of the Code relating to Five Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
On the east side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to a point 140 feet north of West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
