Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Farwell Avenue from the south curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 75 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North Farwell Avenue from the north curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 75 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the north side of East Linnwood Avenue from the east curb line of North Murray Avenue to a point 60 feet east thereof, at any time”
“On the north side of East Linnwood Avenue from the east curb line of North Murray Avenue to a point 70 feet east thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of East Linnwood Avenue from the west curb line of North Murray Avenue to a point 60 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of East Linnwood Avenue from the west curb line of North Murray Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the north side of East Linnwood Avenue from the east curb line of North Prospect Avenue to a point 70 feet east thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of East Linnwood Avenue from the west curb line of North Prospect Avenue to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the east side of North Marietta Avenue from the south curb line of East Hampshire Street to a point 60 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North Marietta Avenue from the north curb line of East Hampshire Street to a point 50 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the east side of North Newhall Street from the south curb line of East Newport Avenue to a point 70 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North Newhall Street from the north curb line of East Newport Avenue to a point 70 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the east side of North Prospect Avenue from the south curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 70 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from the north curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 70 feet north thereof, at any time”
“On the east side of North Stowell Avenue from the south curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 60 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of North Stowell Avenue from the north curb line of East Linnwood Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof, at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Clybourn Street from a point 310 feet west of North 20th Street to a point 30 feet west thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On South 36th Street from West Mitchell Street to West Maple Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
