This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
 
Health Department, Office of the City Attorney, Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Department of Public Works
 
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1.  Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Health Department", delete the title "Bioterrorism Grant CRI/Pandemic Flu (P)", one position of "Health Project Coordinator-Immunizations (X)(Y)(A)(P)(DD)(EE)" and one position of "Emergency Preparedness Coordinator-Workforce Development (A)(P)(X)".
Under "Immunization Action Plan", add footnote "(EE)" to the title of "Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(DD)(CC)(FF)(P)" and amend footnote "(EE)" to read as follows: "To expire 02/28/13 unless the Community Health Improvement in Metcalfe Park and Concordia (CHIMC): Save Lives-Immunize Grant from the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is extended. Partially funds one Public Health Nurse in the Immunizations Program."
 
Under "Health Department", amend footnote "(CCC)" to read as follows: "To expire 9/30/12 unless the Beach Monitoring Grant is extended. One position partially funded by the Beach Monitoring Grant."
 
Under "Office of the City Attorney, Legal Division", delete 32 positions of "Assistant City Attorney (A)(Y)" and add 32 positions of "Assistant City Attorney III (A)(Y); delete three positions of "Assistant City Attorney (.6FTE)(Y)" and add three positions of "Assistant City Attorney III (.6FTE)(Y)".  Under "Auxiliary Positions", delete one position of "Assistant City Attorney (Y)" and add one position of "Assistant City Attorney III (Y)".  
 
Under "Library, Administrative Services Decision Unit, Administrative Services Division, Facilities and Fleet Section", delete one position of "Building Services Supervisor (X)" and one position of "Building Services Supervisor" and add one position of "Building Services Supervisor II (X)" and one position of "Building Services Supervisor II."
 
Under "Department of Neighborhood Services, Information Technology Division", add footnote "(X)" the positions of "Network Manager" and "Network Administrator".
 
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 2, 2012 - January 8, 2012):
 
Under "Department of Public Works, Administrative Services Division, Office of the Commissioner", delete one position of "Public Works Personnel Administrator" and add one position of "Public Works Personnel and Compliance Manager."
 
Part 3. Section 7 of ordinance File Number 110441 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
 
Per Common Council file 111485, delete "Main Street Milwaukee Partners Board".
 
Part 4.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
 
Part 5. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 2, 2012 (January 8, 2012).
 
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
 
Part 6.  This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
