A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Vliet Street from the east curb line of N. 59th Street to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue between N. 52nd and N. 53rd Streets from one hour before to one hour after Milwaukee County Stadium events"
"On the south side of W. Vienna Avenue from N. 29th Street to the first north/south alley east thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the east side of N. Water Street from E. Wells Street to E. Kilbourn Avenue at any time"
"On the south side of W. Auer Avenue between N. 34th Street and W. Fond du Lac Avenue at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Auer Avenue from N. 34th Street to N. 35th Street at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. St. Paul Avenue from N. 41st Street to the Menomonee River"
"On the west side of N. Teutonia Avenue from N. 20th Street to W. Melvina Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of N. 5th Street from W. Highland Avenue to W. Juneau Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"E. State Street from N. Jefferson Street to N. Prospect Avenue"
"On W. Townsend Street between N. 22nd Street and N. 23rd Street except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays"
