Whereas, Ezekiel Community Development Corporation wishes to acquire the following vacant, tax deed and City-owned lots for $1.00 each to construct residential units for owner-occupants:

Whereas, Ezekiel Community Development Corporation will be responsible for costs associated with all certified surveys; and
 
Whereas, The City Plan Commission has approved the sale of said vacant lots to be consummated in the manner provided for in Section 304-49 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said sale is approved and that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to perform such acts as may be required to consummate the sale in accordance with the provisions of the resolution referred to above; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the Commissioner of the Department of City Development is authorized to close the sale only after receipt of construction plans which are generally acceptable in terms of architectural detail and neighborhood compatibility.
