Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 8th Street from West Reservoir Avenue to West Burleigh Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00AM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Vliet Street between North 11th and North 13th Streets from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of North 3rd Street from the north curb line of West Highland Avenue to a point 47 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the west side of North 5th Street from a point 133 feet south of the south line of West Wells Street to a point 40 feet south thereof"

"On the west side of South 5th Street from the south curb line of West Mineral Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Walnut Street from North 25th Street to North 26th Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM"

"On the south side of West Wells Street from North 20th Street to the north/south alley east thereof"

"On the north side of West Scott Street from the east curb line of South 2nd Street to a point 150 feet east thereof from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Sunday"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of South 2nd Street from the Milwaukee River south to West Greenfield Avenue between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM"
