Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 91st Street from the south curb line of West Bluemound Road to a point 185 feet south thereof at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Jackson Street from a point 135 feet north of East Kilbourn Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof
On the east side of North Jackson Street from a point 120 feet north of East State Street to a point 25 feet north thereof
On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 26th Street to South 28th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 615 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 730 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 825 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 940 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1185 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1300 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1525 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1640 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South 42nd Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 260 feet north”
“On South 22nd Street from West National Avenue to West Pierce Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”
“On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 705 feet north of the north road line of West Mill Road to a point 170 feet further north at any time”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 42nd Street from a point 160 feet north of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 110 feet north thereof
On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 705 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 85 feet north thereof
Part 5. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Custer Avenue from North 60th Street to North 67th Street”
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Custer Avenue from North 60th Street to North 63rd Street
On the north side of West Custer Avenue from North 63rd Street to North 64th Street
On the south side of West Custer Avenue from North 64th Street to North 67th Street
Part 7. Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Cramer Street from East North Avenue to East Bradford Avenue
