Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On West Wells Street between North 12th Street and North Broadway at any time"
"On the west side of North 8th Street from the north curb line of West Michigan Street to a point 125 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the west side of North 7th Street from the south curb line of West Reservoir Avenue to a point 155 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of South 5th Street from West Mitchell Street to West Maple Street at any time except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the east side of South 15th Place from a point 254 feet north of the north curb line of West Burnham Street to a point 60 feet further north at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North 86th Street from West Grantosa Drive south to the alley
On the east side of South 27th Street from West Cleveland Avenue to West Kinnickinnic River Parkway
On the east side of North 27th Street from West McKinley Avenue to the alley north on regular school days 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM except buses
On the west side of North 26th Street from West McKinley Avenue to the alley south on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM except buses
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 14th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street"
"On the east side of North 4th Street between West Garfield Avenue and West North Avenue"
"On the east side of North 10th Street from West Galena Place to West Walnut Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the east side of South 16th Street between West Pierce Street and West National Avenue from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
"On the west side of North 76th Street from West Hampton Avenue to West Courtland Avenue except Saturday and Sunday"
"On West Kilbourn Avenue between North 26th Street and North 28th Street between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM"
"On West Kilbourn Avenue between North 24th Street and North 25th Street"
"On West Kilbourn Avenue from North 23rd Street to North 24th Street"
"On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 22nd Street to North 23rd Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue between North 20th Street and North 21st Street"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 21st Street to North 22nd Street"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 23rd Street to North 22nd Street"

"On North 19th Street from West State Street to West Kilbourn Avenue"

"On North 21st Street between West Wells Street and West Kilbourn Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday"
"On the east side of North 22nd Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West Wells Street"

Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On West Kilbourn Avenue between North 27th Street and North 28th Street between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
On West Nash Street from West Appleton Avenue to West Potomac Avenue from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
Part 5. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 22nd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Kilbourn Avenue"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Kilbourn Avenue"
"On the east side of North 25th Street from West St. Paul Avenue to West Kilbourn Avenue"
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 22nd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street
On the east side of North 23rd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street
On the east side of North 25th Street from West St. Paul Avenue to West Wells Street
Part 7. Section 101-32-3-c of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North Downer Avenue from East Webster Place to East Park Place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of N. Hackett Avenue from East Belleview Place to a point 120 feet north thereof from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On East Belleview Place from North Downer Avenue to North Stowell Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 8. Section 101-32-3-c-1 of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On East Park Place from North Downer Avenue to North Stowell Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 9. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Downer Avenue from East Webster Place to East Park Place from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
On the west side of North Hackett Avenue from East Belleview Place to a point 120 feet north thereof from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
On East Belleview Place from North Stowell Avenue to North Downer Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
On East Park Place from North Stowell Avenue to North Downer Avenue from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
