Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

 of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“North 6^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of East Keefe Avenue from North Bremen Street to a point 60 feet west

On the east side of North 6^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue

On the north side of West Tower Avenue from a point 450 feet west of North 84^th Street to a point 90 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Mt. Vernon Avenue between North 63^rd and North 64^th Streets from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturdays”

“On the east side of North 64^th Street between West Mt. Vernon and West Fairview Avenues from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturdays”

“On the east side of North 64^th Street from West Blue Mound Road to West Mt. Vernon Avenues from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North 65^th Street from West Stevenson Street to West Mt. Vernon Avenue”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 6^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Euclid Avenue from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Mabbett Avenue

Part 6.  Section 101-32-3-f-4 of the Code relating to Five-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 6^th Street from West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
