A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. Plankinton Avenue from W. Clybourn Street to W. Michigan Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of N. Plankinton Avenue from W. Clybourn Street to W. Michigan Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of N. 91st Street from a point 360 feet north of W. Custer Avenue to W. Silver Spring Drive from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM

On E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Water Street to N. Cass Street from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. Armour Avenue from S. 13th Street to S. 14th Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 27th Street to a point 150 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

 "On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 11th Street to N. 19th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from a point 200 feet west of the west curb line of N. 19th Street to N. 27th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 11th Street to N. 26th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 5. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:

"On N. 39th Street from W. Lisbon Avenue to W. Center Street"

Part 6. Section 101-32-3-c-4 of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Broadway to N. Jackson Street from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

On the south side of E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Water Street to N. Jefferson Street from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday

On the south side of E. Wisconsin Avenue from N. Jackson Street to N. Cass Street from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
