This substitute ordinance will authorize the City Plan Commission to review and approve site development plans within the area included in the Development Incentive Zone.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances ("Code") a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295.91.0029. The zoning map is amended to establish the Development Incentive Zone for the area bounded and described as follows:
 
Part of Lot 6 and Lot 7 in Block 3, part of Lot 3 in Block 2 and all of Lot 4 in Block 2, The Highlands, a recorded subdivision, all of Lots 1-10 in Block 1, and Lots 1-5 in Block 2, of Park Club, a recorded subdivision, Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 3498, all being part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
 
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 Section; thence South 00 deg. 32 min. 47 sec. East along the East line of said 1/4 Section 663.40 feet to a point; thence South 86 deg. 41 min. 03 sec. West along the South line of The Highlands 419.00 feet to the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing South 86 deg. 41 min. 03 sec. Part 2. In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-83(4) of the Code relating to the establishment of Development Incentive Zones, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the list of permitted and prohibited uses, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "A" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.
 
Part 3. In accordance with the provisions of Section 295-83(4) of the Code relating to the establishment of Development Incentive Zones, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approves the performance standards, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit "B" which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk and made a part thereof as though fully set forth herein.
