This ordinance will change the zoning of this site to allow for office use in an existing office building and off-street parking.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances new sections to read as follows:
 
Section 295-471.0009. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Virginia Street, a line 247.00 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street, a line 140 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Virginia Street and a line 436.85 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street, from Manufacturing (M/B/85) to Mixed Activity (C9G).
 
Section 295-610(2).0004. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Virginia Street, a line 436.85 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street, a line 140 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Virginia Street, a line 140.00 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street, a line 120 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Virginia Street, the centerline of South 6th Street, the centerline of West Bruce Street, a line 488.2 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street, a line 150 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Bruce Street, a line 563.2 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 6th Street and the centerline of West Bruce Street, from Manufacturing (M/B/85) and Two-Family Residence (R/C-1/40) to Parking (P/C/60).
