Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of West Park Hill Avenue from North Hawley Road to North 59th Street at any time"

"On West Fairview Avenue from North 59th Street to North 60th Street at any time"

"On the west side of North 59th Street from West Park Hill Avenue to West Fairview Avenue"

"On North 9th Street from the south curb line of West Hadley Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the north side of West Walnut Street from the east curb line of North 12th Street to a point 170 feet east thereof at any time"

"On the west side of North 4th Street from West Lloyd Street to West Garfield Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Saturday to 6:00 PM except Sundays"

"On the east side of North 5th Street from the north curb line of West Michigan Street to a point 55 feet north thereof at any time"

"On the east side of North 10th Street from the alley between West Highland Avenue and West Juneau Avenue south to West Highland Avenue"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Seeboth Street from South 2nd Street west to the alley at any time

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 11th Street from West North Avenue to a point 250 feet north between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM"

"On the north side of West Wright Street between North 5th Street and North 6th Street"

"On the west side of North 5th Street between West Locust Street and West Chambers Street from 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on odd calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 4.   Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 15th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Clybourn Street"
