This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st Aldermanic District
W. Hope Ave. - N. 27th St. to N. 31st St. (821-4585-9): Relaying water main.
N. 21st St. - W. Atkinson Ave. to W. Congress St. (821-4587-X): Water main alteration.
4th Aldermanic District
N. 22nd St. - W. Clybourn St. to W. Michigan St. (857-0087-1): Relaying combined sewer.
5th Aldermanic District
N. 80th St. - W. Townsend St. to W. Keefe St. (858-0126-X): Relaying sanitary sewer.
9th Aldermanic District
W. Brentwood Ave. - N. 58th St. to N. 60th St. (858-0128-0): Relaying sanitary sewer.
N. 58th St. - 100 ft. m/l north of W. Mill Rd. to W. Brentwood Ave. (858-0129-6): Relaying sanitary sewer.
11th Aldermanic District
W. Honey Creek Dr. - S. 72nd St. to S. 76th St. (821-4586-4): Relaying water main.
S. 96th St. - W. Morgan Ave. to W. Howard Ave. (821-4580-1): Relaying water main.

S. 2nd St. at W. Seeboth St. (858-0125-4): Relaying sanitary sewer.
15th Aldermanic District
