Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from a point 90 feet south of East Oklahoma Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof
On the north side of West Plainfield Avenue from South 54th Street to a point 250 feet east from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on school days
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Plainfield Avenue from the east curb line of South 54th Street to a point 250 feet east from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on school days”
“On the east side of South 28th Street from a point 75 feet south of the south curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 265 feet south thereof at any time”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Milwaukee Street from a point 55 feet north of East Chicago Street to a point 50 feet north thereof
On the east side of South Superior Street from East Estes Street to a point 75 feet south
On the north side of East Windsor Place from a point 105 feet west of North Prospect Avenue to a point 60 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
On the east side of South 28th Street from West Cleveland Avenue south to the dead end from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
On the east side of North 84th Street from West Bender Avenue to a point 50 feet south
Part 4. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On North Hawley Road from West Vliet Street to West Washington Boulevard
