Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from General Planned Development (GPD) to Single-Family Residence (R/F-3/40) and Industrial (I/D/40), on land bounded by North 107th Street to the East, West Brown Deer Road to the North, and Dretzka Park to the South and West, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
