A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
"On E. Clybourn Street from N. 13th Street to N. 14th Street from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Broadway from E. Clybourn to E. Detroit Streets except for loading and unloading from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On E. Clybourn Street from the Milwaukee River to N. Milwaukee Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of E. Ogden Avenue from the west curb line of N. Marshall Street to a point 53 feet west thereof on regular school days 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM"
"On the west side of N. 45th Street from the north curb line of W. Capitol Drive to a point 135 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Clybourn Street from N. 13th Street to N. 15th Street at any time"
"On the south side of W. Clybourn Street from N. 15th Street to N. 16th Street at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Clybourn Street from N. 13th Street to a point 160 feet west at any time
On the south side of W. Clybourn Street from a point 480 feet west of N. 13th Street to N. 16th Street at any time
On the east side of N. 41st Street from a point 50 feet south to a point 50 feet north of W. Vienna Avenue at any time
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of W. Hampton Avenue from N. 72nd Street to N. 73rd Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Olive Street between N. 18th and N. 19th Streets from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday and Holidays"
"On the south side of W. Olive Street from N. 19th Place to N. 19th Street"
"On W. Olive Street from N. 14th Street to N. 15th Street from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on regular school days"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Clybourn Street from a point 160 feet west of N. 13th Street to a point 320 feet further west from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
On the north side of W. Barnard Avenue from S. 26th Street to a point 120 feet west from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday
On W. Glendale Avenue from N. 92nd Street to W. Butler Place from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday
Part 7. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On S. 45th Street from W. Oklahoma Avenue to W. Manitoba Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 8. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi stands is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Plankinton Avenue from a point 19 feet north of the north lot line of W. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 35 feet north (2 cabs)"
