Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2016 offices and positions in the City Service.

This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 150505 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under “Department of Administration, Office of the Director”, delete one position of “Small Business Development Manager (A)(Y), two positions of “Business Analyst-Sr. (A)(Y)”, and one position of “Contract Compliance Officer (Y)”.
Under “Office of the Director”, add subsection “Small Business Development Program”.
Under “Small Business Development Program”, add one position of “Small Business Development Manager (A)(Y), two positions of “Business Analyst-Sr. (A)(Y)”, and one position of “Contract Compliance Officer (Y)”.
Under “Department of Administration - Office of Environmental Sustainability”, delete the name of “Office of Environmental Sustainability” and replace with “Environmental Collaboration Office”.
Under “Department of Administration - Business Operations Division”, delete the name of “Business Operations Division” and replace with “Purchasing Division”.
Under “Health Department, Office of Violence Prevention”, delete one position of “Injury and Violence Prevention Program Coordinator(X)(Y)(V)” add one position of “Injury and Violence Prevention Program Coordinator(X)(Y)(K)”, and add footnote “(K)” to read as follows:
“(K) To expire 09/30/19 unless the Justice for Families Grant is extended.”
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 150505 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 25, 2016 - November 20, 2016):
Under “Fire Department, Support Services Bureau Decision Unit, Technical Services/Dispatch Division”, delete two positions of “Network Coordinator Associate” and add two positions of “IT Support Specialist - Senior”.
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 25, 2016 (November 20, 2016).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
