A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of S. 47th Street from W. Oklahoma Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of N. 28th Street from a point 140 feet south of the south curb line of W. Kilbourn Avenue to a point 50 feet further south thereof from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Kilbourn Avenue from a point 90 feet west of the west curb line of N. 4th Street to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. Kilbourn Avenue from N. 4th Street to N. 6th Street at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of W. Cleveland Avenue from S. 30th Street to a point 45 feet east thereof at any time
On the east side of S. 97th Street from W. Eden Place to a point 500 feet south on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
On W. Eden Place from S. 96th Street to S. 97th Street on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
On the north side of W. Eden Place from S. 97th Street to S. 99th Street on regular school days from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
On the west side of N. 5th Street from a point 85 feet south of W. Vine Street to a point 145 feet further south from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. 28th Street between W. Wisconsin Avenue and W. Dunbar Place from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
"On the east side of N. 28th Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Kilbourn Avenue"
"On E. Locust Street from N. Cambridge Avenue to N. Bartlett Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. 28th Street from W. Wisconsin Avenue to W. Wells Street
On the south side of W. Kilbourn Avenue from N. 4th Street to N. 6th Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-8 of the Code relating to Taxi Stands is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Kilbourn Avenue from a point 200 feet east of the east curb line of N. 6th Street to a point 120 feet further east (6 cabs)"
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. 28th Street from W. Wells Street to W. Richardson Place"
"On the east side of S. 98th Street from W. Euclid Avenue to W. Oklahoma Avenue"
Part 7. Section 101-26.5-1 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snow Fall 2 Inches or More is amended by adding the following:
On N. Waverly Place from E. Juneau Avenue to N. Prospect Avenue
