Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

W. Wells St. - N. 15th St. to N. 17th St. (SM495040193): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000)
W.E. 154 (Vacated N. Milwaukee St.) - 100 feet m/l west of E. Erie St. to E. Erie St. (WT410051109): Abandon and blow off. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $10,000)
