Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st Aldermanic District
N. 22nd St. - W. Stark St. to W. Fairmount Ave. (WT410160684) File Number 150118: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $170,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $185,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.
N. 23rd St. - W. Fairmount Ave. to the Lincoln Creek Pkwy. (WT410160683) File Number 150118: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $580,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $600,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

N. Marshall St. - E. Pleasant St. to E. Brady St. (WT410150669) File Number 150232: Relaying water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $130,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $430,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $99,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

W. Concordia Ave. - N. 24th St. to alley west of N. 24th St. (SM495170024) File Number 161694: Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $52,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $62,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2018 construction season.

Work done by Contractor-Paving (WT410170750) File Number 161154: Water alterations. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $200,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $350,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
