BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
The widths of the sidewalk areas, roadways and center plots of the following streets in the City of Milwaukee are established or altered and established as follows:
1. On North Achilles Street from East Auer Avenue to East Concordia Avenue at 6.5 feet.
2. On South Austin Street from East Plainfield Avenue to East Waterford Avenue at 15 feet.
3. On South Austin Street from East Waterford Avenue to East Norwich Street.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of East Waterford Avenue to a point 91.60 feet north, the width is 8 feet. From the last named point to a point 59.91 feet north, the right of way width widens and the sidewalk area is 9 feet. From the last named point to a point 170 feet north the sidewalk area is 15 feet, being the east 15 feet of an easement for street within Wisconsin Electric Power Company right of way lands. From the last named point to the south line of East Norwich Street, the width is 15 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of East Waterford Avenue to a point 139.04 feet north, the width is 15 feet. From the last named point to a point 180 feet north, the sidewalk area is 15 feet, being the west 15 feet of an easement for street within Wisconsin Electric Power Company right of way lands. From the last named point to the south line of East Norwich Street, the width is 15 feet.
4. On North Booth Street from East Chambers Street to East Burleigh Street.
From the north line of East Chambers Street to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 72 feet m/l north, the sidewalk area varies uniformly from 15 feet to 18 feet. From the last named point to another angle point in the curb 398 feet m/l north, the width is constant at 18 feet. From the last named point to another angle point in the curb, a distance of 18 feet m/l north, the walk area varies uniformly from 18 feet to 15 feet. From the last named point to the south line of East Burleigh Street, the width is 15 feet.
5. On West Bradley Road from North 76th Street to North 87th Street.
North Sidewalk Area:
From the west line of North 76th Street to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 19.50 feet m/l west, the width is 12 feet. Then varying uniformly for 121 feet m/l west to another angle point in the curb from a width of 12 feet to 18 feet. Then varying uniformly in a distance of 269 feet m/l west from a width of 18 feet to 42 feet. From the last named point, the right of way narrows; the walk area becomes 11.85 feet. Then varying uniformly for 32 feet m/l west to a point of curve in the curb from a width of 11.85 feet to 14.85 feet. Then varying nonuniformly for 20 feet m/l west to the point of tangency of said curve (having a 222.50 foot radius) from a width of 14.85 feet to 15.75 feet. From the last named point to a point 1,002 feet m/l west, the width is 15.75 feet. From the last named point to a point 100 feet west, the right of way width widens; the walk area in this section is 46 feet. From the last named point to a point 124.10 feet west, the right of way width narrows; the walk area in this section is 15.75 feet. From the last named point to a point 64.82 feet west, the right of way width widens; the walk area in this section is 46 feet. From the last named point to a point 302.90 feet west, the right of way width narrows; the walk area in this section is 15.75 feet. From the last named point to a point 540.18 feet west, the right of way width widens; the walk area in this section is 46 feet. From the last named point to a point of curve in the curb 132 feet west, the right of way width narrows; the walk area in this section is 24 feet. At the point of curve the right of way width widens and the sidewalk area becomes 46 feet. From the point of curve to a point of reverse curve in the curb (said curve having a 4,000 foot radius), a distance of 244.25 feet west (as measured along the curb), the width varies nonuniformly from 46 feet to 38.5 feet m/l. From the last named point to a point of tangency in the curb (said curve having a 4,048 foot radius), a distance of 247.18 feet west (as measured along the curb), the width varies nonuniformly from 38.5 feet m/l to 31 feet. From the last named point to the east line of North 87th Street, the width is 31 feet.
South Sidewalk Area:
From the west line of North 76th Street to an angle point in the curb, 140 feet m/l west, the width is 12 feet. Then varying uniformly for 125 feet m/l west to the east line of a public service street from a width of 12 feet to 13.5 feet. The right of way width widens at the east line of said public service street and the width becomes 43.5 feet. From the last named point to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 188 feet m/l west, the width varies uniformly from 43.5 feet to 46 feet. From the last named point to the west line of the public service street, a distance of 818 feet m/l west, the width is 46 feet. From the last named point to the east line of North 81st Street, the right of way narrows; the walk area in this section is 16 feet. From the west line of North 81st Street to a point of curve in the curb, 1,198 feet m/l west, the width is 16 feet. Then varying nonuniformly through a curve having a 4,048 foot radius for 247.04 feet m/l west to a point of reverse curve in the curb from a width of 16 feet to 23 feet. Then varying nonuniformly through a curve having a 4,000 foot radius to the east line of North 86th Street from a width of 23 feet to 31 feet. From the west line of North 86th Street to the east line of North 87th Street extended, the width is 31 feet.
6. On South Clement Avenue from East Saveland Avenue to East Warnimont Avenue.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of East Saveland Avenue to a point 150 feet north, the width is 34 feet. From the last named point to a point 495.53 feet north, the right of way narrows and the walk area is 12 feet. From the last named point to the south line of East Warnimont Avenue, the right of way widens and the walk area width is 34 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
The width is 12 feet.
7. On South Clement Avenue from East Montana Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue at 13 feet.
8. On West Cleveland Avenue from South 6th Street to South 13th Street.
North Sidewalk Area:
From the west line of South 6th Street to an angle point in the curb, 106.6 feet east of the east line of South 13th Street, the width is 14 feet. Then varying uniformly to the east line of South 13th Street to a width of 14.4 feet.
South Sidewalk Area:
The width is 14 feet.
9. On the south side of West Congress Street from the west line of North 84th Street to a point 335 feet west at 23 feet.
10. On West Congress Street from North 91st Street to North 92nd Street.
North Sidewalk Area:
At the west line of North 91st Street at 23 feet. Then varying uniformly to the east line of North 92nd Street to a width of 12.5 feet.
South Sidewalk Area:
At the west line of North 91st Street at 23 feet. Then varying uniformly to a point 240.06 feet west to a width of 13 feet. From the last named point to the east line of North 92nd Street, the right of way changes and the width of the sidewalk area varies nonuniformly from 13 feet to 32.5 feet.
11. On the north side of West Florist Avenue from North Teutonia Avenue to North 35th Street.
At a point 19.74 feet southwest of the west line of North Teutonia Avenue, the width is 24 feet. Then constant for 116.19 feet west at a width of 24 feet. At this point, the right of way changes and the sidewalk area becomes 12 feet. The width is constant at 12 feet in a distance of 411.96 feet west. At this point, the right of way changes again and the walk area becomes 24 feet. From the last named point to the east line of North 35th Street, the width is constant at 24 feet.
12. On the south side of West Florist Avenue from North 40th Street to North 41st Street at 24 feet.
13. On West Florist Avenue from North 60th Street to North 64th Street.
The sidewalk areas are 12 feet. Two 31 foot wide roadways are separated by a 14 foot wide median, except where modified for left turn reservoirs.
14. On the south side of West Garfield Avenue from North 6th Street to North Halyard Street.
From the west line of North 6th Street to an angle point in the curb, 125 feet east of the east line of North Halyard Street, the width is 18 feet. Then varying uniformly to the east line of North Halyard Street to a width of 11.3 feet.
15. On West Garfield Avenue from a point 410.75 feet east of the east line of North 14th Street to the east line of North 14th Street at 12 feet.
16. On North Humboldt Avenue from North Riverboat Road and North Commerce Street to East North Avenue.
East Sidewalk Area:
At the north line of North Riverboat Road at 36 feet. Then varying uniformly to an angle point in the curb in a distance of 51.5 feet north to a width of 34.7 feet. Then varying uniformly to another angle point in the curb, a distance of 75 feet north, to a width of 25 feet. From the last named point to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 432 feet north, the width is constant at 25 feet. Then varying uniformly to another angle point in the curb in a distance of 143 feet north to a width of 15.8 feet. From the last named point to the south line of East North Avenue at 15.8 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of North Commerce Street to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 53 feet north, the width is 36 feet. Then varying uniformly to another angle point in the curb in a distance of 75 feet north to a width of 25 feet. From the last named point to an angle point in the curb 216 feet north, the width is constant at 25 feet. Then varying uniformly to a point 48 feet north to a width of 21 feet m/l. At a point 52 feet north of the last named point, being the end of a radius on the curb, the width is 25 feet. Then varying uniformly to an angle point in the curb in a distance of 116 feet north to a width of 21.6 feet. From the last named point to the south line of East North Avenue at 21.6 feet.
17. On North Marshall Street from East Mason Street to East Wells Street at 22 feet.
18. On West Seeboth Street from South 2nd Street to a point 160 feet west of South 2nd Street.
North Sidewalk Area:
From the west line of South 2nd Street to an angle point in the curb 130 feet west, the width is 8 feet. Then varying uniformly in a distance of 18 feet west to a width of 12.5 feet. Then constant in a distance of 12 feet west at a width of 12.5 feet.
South Sidewalk Area:
The width is 15 feet.
19. On West Verona Court from South 73rd Street to South 75th Street and West River Bend Drive at 14 feet (except cul-de-sac).
20. On North 6th Street from a point 482.15 feet south of the south line of West Garfield Avenue to West Garfield Avenue.
The sidewalk areas at 12 feet each and the roadway at 36 feet.
21. On North 12th Street from West Burleigh Street to West Keefe Avenue.
From the north line of West Burleigh Street to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 137.5 feet north, the width varies uniformly from 9 feet to 15 feet. From the last named point to a point 266.5 feet m/l north, the width is constant at 15 feet. Then varying uniformly in a distance of 25 feet m/l north to a width of 15.5 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Concordia Avenue at 15.5 feet. From the north line of West Concordia Avenue to an angle point in the curb, 14 feet south of the south line of West Keefe Avenue, the width is 15.5 feet. Then varying uniformly to the south line of West Keefe Avenue to a width of 12 feet.
22. On North 14th Street from West Brown Street to West Lloyd Street at 15 feet.
23. On North 18th Street from West Courtland Avenue to West Hampton Avenue at 15 feet.
24. On North 47th Street from West Center Street to West Locust Street.
From the north line of West Center Street to an angle point in the curb, 10 feet m/l south of the south line of West Locust Street, at 17 feet. Then varying uniformly to the south line of West Locust Street to a width of 16 feet.
25. On North 55th Street from West Green Tree Road to West Good Hope Road.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Green Tree Road to a point of curve in the curb, a distance of 106 feet m/l north, the width is 12 feet. Then varying nonuniformly through a curve having a radius of 638.08 feet and an arc length of 105.74 feet, to the point of tangency of said curve, to a width of 10 feet. Then varying nonuniformly to a point of curve in the curb, a distance of 98.85 feet north, to a width of 12 feet. Then varying nonuniformly along a curve having a radius of 361.25 feet for 29.93 feet north to a width of 11 feet. Then varying nonuniformly for 29.93 feet north to the point of tangency of said curve to a width of 12 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Good Hope Road, the width is 12 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Green Tree Road to a point of curve in the curb, a distance of 106 feet m/l north, the width is 12 feet. Then varying nonuniformly along a curve having a radius of 602.08 feet for 49.88 feet north to a width of 10 feet. Then varying nonuniformly to the point of tangency of said curve for 49.89 feet north to a width of 12 feet. From the last named point to the south line of platted West Boehlke Avenue, the width is 12 feet. At the north line of West Boehlke Avenue at 13 feet. Then varying nonuniformly along a curve on the curb having a 397.25 foot radius for 33 feet m/l north to a width of 12 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Good Hope Road at 12 feet.
26. On North 62nd Street from West Villard Avenue to West Lawn Avenue.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Villard Avenue to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 140 feet north, the width is 14 feet. Then varying uniformly in a distance of 44.3 feet north to another angle point in the curb to a width of 15 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Lawn Avenue, the width is 15 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Villard Avenue to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 128.4 feet north, the width is 14 feet. Then varying uniformly in a distance of 49 feet north to another angle point in the curb to a width of 15 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Lawn Avenue, the width is 15 feet.
27. On North 63rd Street from West Blue Mound Road to a point north of West Blue Mound Road.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Blue Mound Road to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 168 feet m/l north, the width is 15 feet. Then varying uniformly to another angle point in the curb, a distance of 16 feet m/l north, to a width of 18 feet. From the last named point to the city limits of Milwaukee, a distance of 3 feet m/l north, the width is 18 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Blue Mound Road to an angle point in the curb, a distance of 122.5 feet m/l north, the width is 15 feet. Then varying uniformly to another angle point in the curb, a distance of 16.5 feet m/l north, to a width of 18 feet. From the last named point to the city limits of Milwaukee, a distance of 2.5 feet m/l north, the width is 18 feet.
28. On the west side of North 68th Street from West Marion Street to West Congress Street at 23 feet.
29. On North 68th Street from West Courtland Avenue to West Medford Avenue.
East Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Courtland Avenue to a point of curve in the curb, a distance of 240 feet north, at 23 feet. Then tapering nonuniformly to the south line of West Medford Avenue to a width of 12 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
From the north line of West Courtland Avenue to a point of curve in the lot line, a distance of 240.66 feet north, at 23 feet. Then tapering nonuniformly to a point 249.95 feet north (as measured along the lot line) and being the south line of an alley, to a width of 13 feet.
30. On North 82nd Street from West Center Street to West Lorraine Place.
East Sidewalk Area:
At the north line of West Center Street at 13.2 feet. Then varying uniformly to the south line of West Lorraine Place to a width of 15 feet.
West Sidewalk Area:
At the north line of West Center Street at 16.7 feet. Then varying uniformly to a point of curve on the curb 45 feet south of the south line of West Lorraine Place to a width of 15 feet. From the last named point to the south line of West Lorraine Place, the width varies nonuniformly from 15 feet to 10 feet.
