Title
Resolution determining it necessary to make various nonassessable public improvements at various locations and appropriating funds for these purposes with the City engineering cost estimated to be $331,000 for a total estimated cost of these projects being $4,318,000.
Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council. The City cost for engineering these projects is estimated to be $331,000 with the total cost estimated to be $4,318,000.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:
1st Aldermanic District
N. 21st St. - W. Colfax Pl. to W. Eggert Pl. (SM495230023) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $164,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
N. 22nd St. - 80’ South of W. Colfax Pl. to W. Villard Ave. (SM495230024) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $320,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
W. Colfax Pl. - N. 21st St. to N. 22nd St. (SM495230022) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $88,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
W. Eggert Pl. - N. 21st St. to N. 22nd St. (SM495230026) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $87,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $241,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. - 550’ Southwest of the Pump Station at Bradford Beach to E. Kenwood Blvd. (SM495230025) Relaying sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $20,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $1,485,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during
the 2024 construction season.

W. Ruby Ave. - N. 36th St. to N. Sherman Blvd. (SM499210016) File Number 210162: Installing permeable pavers. (Nonassessable Water Quality Fund -- $140,000 additional funding). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $590,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2023 construction season.

S. 39th St. - 300’ North of W. National Ave. to W. National Ave. (SM495230012) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund --$12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $112,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.
W. National Ave. - S. 37th St. to S. 39th St. (SM495230013) Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund --$12,000). The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $228,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

The total estimated cost of this project including the requested amount is $157,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

(Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $15,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $80,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2024 construction season.

Further Resolved, That all City Departments are authorized to perform engineering, surveys, plan preparation, and determine an estimated cost thereof; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Department of Public Works is authorized to use the funding as specified in the above description of work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital Project/Grant accounts.
