A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. 4th Street from the south curb line of W. Reservoir Avenue to a point 250 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of N. Van Buren Street from E. Kilbourn Avenue to E. Brady Street from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"
"On the south side of W. State Street between 50th and N. 51st Streets from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
"On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 37th Street west to the Wisconsin Avenue Viaduct for the duration of one hour before events at the Milwaukee County Stadium"
"On the west side of N. Arlington Place from E. Kane Place to N. Warren Avenue at any time"
"On the south side of W. Townsend Street between W. Fond du Lac Avenue and N. 35th Street (during the period of street construction activities along W. Capitol Drive between N. 27th and N. 35th Streets)"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. Frederick Avenue from E. Newport Avenue to E. Edgewood Avenue
On the west side of N. Arlington Place from E. Brady Street to N. Warren Avenue
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to 15 Minute Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Water Street from E. Menomonee Street to E. Clybourn Street from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of E. St. Paul Avenue from the west curb line of N. Plankinton Avenue west to a point 70 feet east of the railroad tracks"
"On the south side of W. Vliet Street between N. 43rd Street and N. 44th Street"
"On W. Vienna Avenue from N. 35th Street to the first north/south alley west thereof from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM except Sunday"
"On N. 64th Street from W. Capitol Drive to N. Melvina Street from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. Teutonia Avenue between W. Nash Street and W. Finn Place"
Part 6. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Arlington Place from E. Kane Place to N. Warren Avenue"
Part 7. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of N. Arlington Place from E. Brady Street to N. Warren Avenue
Part 8. Section 101-26.5 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snow Fall 2 Inches or More is amended by adding the following:
On N. Arlington Place from E. Brady Street to E. Kane Place
On N. Astor Street from E. Kilbourn Avenue to E. Ogden Street
On N. Cass Street from E. Kilbourn Avenue to E. Knapp Street
On N. Marshall Street from E. Wells Street to E. Ogden Street
