Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Lancaster Avenue from North 67th Street to a point 95 feet west from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
On the north side of West Mt. Vernon Avenue from North 64th Street to North 65th Street on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 33rd Court from a point 230 feet north of West Roundhouse Road to a point 25 feet north thereof
On the north side of West Vliet Street from a point 130 feet west of North 52nd Street to a point 25 feet east thereof
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Cambridge Avenue from East Kane Place to East Irving Place from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on even calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the west side of North Cambridge Avenue from East Kane Place to East Irving Place from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on odd calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Montana Street from South 35th Street to a point 90 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday
On the east side of South 35th Street from West Montana Street to a point 95 feet north from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday
Part 5. Section 115-45 of the Code relating to Selling Articles from Parked Vehicles, Locations Where Selling Prohibited, is amended by adding the following:
Both sides of all streets within the boundaries of the Brady Street Business Improvement District (BID No. 11), as set forth in Common Council File. No. 160803, all the days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
The north and south sides of E. Brady St. from N. Humboldt Ave. east to N. Franklin Pl., all the days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
The east and west sides of N. Humboldt Ave., from E. Brady St. north to 1716 N. Humboldt Ave., all the days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
The east and west sides of N. Franklin Pl., from 1687 N. Franklin Pl. north to 1708 N. Franklin Pl., all the days of the week, including Sundays and holidays.
