Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various

Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain

as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway from South 29^th Street to a point 175 feet west thereof at any time

On the south side of West Manitoba Street from South 50^th Street east to the alley

On the north side of West Oklahoma Avenue from a point 200 feet west of South 57^th Street to a point 30 feet west thereof

In the east half of the alley bounded by West Tripoli Avenue, West Howard Avenue, South 80^th Street and South 83^rd Street

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 36^th Street from West Lisbon Avenue south to the alley

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway from South 29^th Street to a point 120 feet west thereof at any time"

"On the south side of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway from South 28^th Street to South 29^th Street"

"On North 12^th Street between West North and West Garfield Avenues except where parking is prohibited at the present time"

"On the east side of North 29^th Street from West Brown Street to West North Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"

"On North 33rd Street between W. North and West Meinecke Avenues"

"On the east side of North 19^th Place from West Atkinson Avenue to the first east/west alley south thereof except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of North 32^nd Street beginning at the south curb line of West Hampton Avenue ending at the north line of the driveway running east and west approximately 125 feet south of said south line of West Hampton Avenue"

Part 4. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of East Lyon Street from North Humboldt Avenue to North Franklin Place"

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 37^th Street from West Hilda Place to West Fredericka Place
