Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 28th Street from the south curb line of West Atkinson Avenue extended to a point 60 feet south of the south curb line of West Atkinson Avenue extended at any time"
"On the north side of West Townsend Street between North 20th and North 21st Streets at any time"
"On North 15th Street from West Keefe Avenue to West Finn Place from December 1 to March 1 except Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM"
"On the east side of North 12th Street from the south curb line of West Center Street to a point 60 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 30th Street beginning at the south line and ending at the north line of the building known as 2206 North 30th Street occupied by the Golden Guernsey Dairy Company between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM"
"On the west side of North 9th Street from West Michigan Street to West McAuley Place at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 88th Street from West Lisbon Avenue to a point 30 feet south
On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 47th Street to South 48th Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to 30 Minute Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North 9th Street from West Michigan Street to West McAuley Place
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On North 19th Street from West Olive Street to and including numbers 4254 and 4255 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On North 27th Street from West Roosevelt Drive to West Atkinson Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On North 26th Street from West Concordia Avenue to West Hopkins Street"
"On North 14th Street between West Fond du Lac Avenue and West Walnut Street"
"On West Washington Street between South 3rd and South 4th Streets"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from South 47th Street to South 48th Street from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Part 6. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of East Russell Avenue from South Howell Avenue to East Potter Avenue"
Part 7. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On South Austin Street from East Clarence Street to East Deer Place
On West Dorothy Place from South 37th Street to South 38th Street
On West Scott Street from South 24th Street to South 25th Street
On South 3rd Street from West Orchard Street to West Mitchell Street
On South 10th Street from West Burnham Street to West Rogers Street
