Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various

Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements

in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain

as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping or Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 79^th Street from West Burleigh Street south to the alley at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 31^st Street from West Garfield to West North Avenue"

"On the west side of North 20^th Street from West Wells street to West Kilbourn Avenue at any time"

"On the west side of North 20^th Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West Highland Avenue at any time"

"On the west side of North 20^th Street from the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue approximately seventy feet north at any time"

"On the west side of North 20^th Street from the north curb line of West Wells Street to a point approximately seventy feet north thereof at any time"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 79^th Street from West Burleigh Street to a point 40 feet south

On the west side of North 79^th Street from a point 80 feet south of West Burleigh Street to a point 40 feet south thereof

On the east side of North 20^th Street from West Wells Street to West State Street

On the west side of North 20^th Street from West State Street to West Highland Avenue

On the west side of North 51^st Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 40 feet south

On the north side of West Stevenson Street from North 74^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Stevenson Street from North 74^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the south side of West Stevenson Street from North 75^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the east side of North Weil Street from East Burleigh Street south to the dead end from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 23^rd Street to a point 40 feet west

On the west side of North 92^nd Street from a point 125 feet North of West Lisbon Avenue to a point 30 feet north thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 26^th Street from West Orchard Street to a point 160 feet north

On North 19^th Street from West Olive Street to a point 390 feet north

Part 5. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On the west side of North 79^th Street from West Burleigh Street south to the alley"

Part 6.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 26^th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to West Forest Home Avenue

On East Potter Avenue from South Logan Avenue to South Clement Avenue
