Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to No U Turns is amended by adding the following:
On West Capitol Drive at North Montreal Street/North 36th Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North Elmhurst Road/North 37th Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North 38th Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North 39th Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North 40th Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North 41st Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound
On West Capitol Drive at North 42nd Street from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM eastbound and westbound

Part 2. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On West Highland Avenue from North 16th Street to North 18th Street
On West Lisbon Avenue from North 80th Street to North 82nd Street
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On West Cherry Street at North 39th Street"
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
"On West Grant Street at South 25th Street"
"On South 26th Street at West Grant Street"
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On West Cherry Street at North 39th Street
On West Grant Street and South 25th Street in all directions
On West Grant Street and South 26th Street in all directions
On North 90th Street at West Stark Street
On North Market Street at East Knapp Street
On West Becher St. and South 29th Street in all directions
Part 6. Section 101-18-1 of the Code relating to Heavy Traffic Prohibited is amended by adding the following:
On North 22nd Street at West Walnut Street northbound
On West Barbee Street at North 20th Street westbound
Part 7. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by adding the following:
On North 32nd Street from West McKinley Boulevard to West Vliet Street northbound
