Analysis
This ordinance alters the composition of the historic preservation commission in 3 ways:
1.  It reduces the size of the commission from 9 to 7.
2.  It no longer requires that the commission have both an historian and an architectural historian as a member, permitting instead a choice between the 2.
3.  It no longer requires that the commission have both a member experienced in real estate development and a member experienced in real estate financing, permitting instead a choice between the 2.
