Title
A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On West Clybourn Street from North 29th Street to North 31st Street
On South Howell Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to East Burdick Avenue
On West Silver Spring Drive from North 63rd Street to North 65th Street
On North 64th Street from West Custer Avenue to West Thurston Avenue
Part 2. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
“On North 71st Street at West Mt. Vernon Avenue”
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 52nd Street at West Galena Street
On North 58th Street at West Galena Street
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
“On North Grant Boulevard at West Clarke Street”
“On North 78th Street at West Nash Street”
“On North Vienna Avenue at North 78th Street”
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On North 71st Street at West Mt. Vernon Avenue
On West Grant Boulevard and West Clarke Street in all directions
On West Nash Street and North 78th Street in all directions
On West Vienna Avenue and North 78th Street in all directions
On West Grant Boulevard and West Wright Street in all directions
On West Brooklyn Place and North Norwood Place in all directions
On West Nash Street and North 82nd Street in all directions
On West Vienna Avenue and North 82nd Street in all directions
On West Bow Street and South Union Street in all directions
On North 19th Place at West Courtland Avenue
On North 78th Street at West Chambers Street
On West Townsend Street at North 94th Street
Part 6. Section 101-21.5 of the Code relating to Designation of Marked Bicycle Lanes is amended by adding the following:
On South Howell Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to East Wilbur Avenue
