Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 4^th Street from West McKinley Avenue to a point 160 feet north at any time”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 2982 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 70 feet north thereof”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3149 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 30 feet north thereof”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3204 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 60 feet north thereof”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 19^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 25^th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 3090 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 450 feet north thereof

On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3190 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 440 feet north thereof

On the east side of North 12^th Street from a point 260 feet north of West Vine Street to a point 100 feet north thereof

On the west side of North 12^th Street from a point 370 feet north of West Vine Street to a point 100 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Norwich Avenue from the west curb line of South Howell Avenue to the first north-south alley, except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South Muskego Avenue from West Becher Street to West Grant Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Muskego Avenue from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

On the north side of West Norwich Avenue from South Howell Avenue west to the alley

On the north side of East Pittsburgh Avenue from South Barclay Street to a point 110 feet west

On South Barclay Street from East Pittsburgh Avenue to East Florida Street

Part 6.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On East Menomonee Street from North Milwaukee Street to  North Jackson Street

On North Jefferson Street from East Erie Street to East Chicago Street

On North Jackson Street from East Corcoran Avenue to East Chicago Street
