Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the rates of pay in the following departments:
Department of Administration (Information & Technology Management Division), City Attorney, Department of City Development, Department of Emergency Communications, Employes” Retirement System, Fire Department, Health Department (Clinical Services Division; Community Health Division), Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Port Milwaukee, Department of Public Works (Infrastructure Services Division, Operations Division, Sewer Maintenance Fund, Water Works)

(2) Employees shall receive an additional $10 biweekly while assigned to rubbish removal at the City Hall complex, provided the employee performed the assignment for at least five working days during the pay period.
(3) Positions in the Police Department will receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours in one 24-hour day plowing snow or salting.
