This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.

BODY:

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

1st and 9th Aldermanic Districts

W. Villard Ave. - N. 34th St. to N. 38th St. (858-0016-1) File Number 961875: Relay storm sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund 31-523---171-0001 -- $314,000)

6th Aldermanic District
