Wisconsin Electric Power Company has requested that the City grant them an easement on Milwaukee Public School property at Alexander Hamilton High School, 6215 West Warnimont Avenue,, for the installation and maintenance of overhead and underground utility facilities that will allow them to transmit electric energy, signals, television, and telecommunications services.

Body

Whereas, Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WE Energies) has submitted an easement granting them the right to enter upon and across Milwaukee Public School (MPS) property at 6215 West Warnimont Avenue, in order to install and maintain overhead and underground utility facilities that will allow WE Energies to transmit electric energy, signals, television, and telecommunications services; and

Whereas, The terms of said easement are set out and attached to this file and approved as to content by MPS; and

Whereas, The City Engineer has checked the legal description and location drawing; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said easement be and the same is hereby approved, and the proper City officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it

Further Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that after said easement has been fully executed by the proper City officers, all four copies shall be returned to the City Engineer so that We Energies can record said easement and provide the City with a recorded copy.
