Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 66th Street from West Kinnickinnic River Parkway to a point 80 feet north
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 23rd Street to a point 70 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue from the east curb of North 24th Street to a point 50 feet east at any time"
"On the south side of West Kilbourn Avenue from North 23rd Street to a point 70 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from a point 385 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 30 feet further north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from a point 275 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 50 feet further north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from a point 200 feet north of the north curb line of West Kilbourn Avenue to a point 30 feet further north thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 23rd Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West State Street at any time"
"On the west side of North 33rd Street from the south curb line of West Wright Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 9th Street between West Highland and West Juneau Avenues"
"On the west side of North 19th Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to West Wells Street at any time"
"On the west side of North 8th Street from West North Avenue to West Meinecke Avenue from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday and No Parking periods"
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of North 27th Street from the alley south of West Fond du Lac Avenue to West Medford Avenue"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of North 32nd Street from a point 120 feet north of West Clarke Street to a point 75 feet north thereof from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On North 12th Street from West Wells Street to West Wisconsin Avenue except Saturday and Sunday"
"On West Walnut Street from North 24th Street to North 24th Place"
"On North 13th Street from West Center Street to West Locust Street"
