Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

 of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 27^th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Ohio Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

On the south side of West Euclid Avenue from South 13^th Street to a point 130 feet west

On the west side of South 13^th Street from West Euclid Avenue to a point 75 feet south

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from East North Avenue to North Maryland Avenue at any time”

“On the east side of North Cass Street from a point 56 feet south of the south curb line of East Kewaunee Street to a point 50 feet further south at any time”

“On the west side of North Marshall Street from a point 195 feet south of the south curb line of East Juneau Avenue to point 135 feet south thereof, at any time”

“On the north side of West State Street from a point 310 feet east of the east curb line of North 33^rd street to appoint 85 feet further east thereof at any time”

“On the south side of West State Street from a point 280 feet east of the east curb line of North 33^rd Street to a point 85 feet further east thereof at any time”

“On North 86^th Street from West Grantosa Drive south to the alley”

“On the north side of West Hopkins Street from a point 220 feet northwest of North 27^th street to a point 270 feet further northwest thereof at any time”

“On the north side of East Florida Street from a point 240 feet east of the east curb line of East Barclay Street to a point 100 feet further east thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”

“On The north side of East Florida Street from South Barclay Street to South Water Street”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from a point 225 feet south of West Silver Spring Drive to a point 370 feet south thereof

On The north side of East Florida Street from a point 365 feet east of South Barclay Street to South Water Street

In the alley bounded by West Greenfield Avenue, West Orchard Street, South 9^th Street and South 10^th Street

On the south side of West North Avenue from West Fond du Lac Avenue to North 22^nd Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South 12^th Street from West Lincoln Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof  7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 12^th Street from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue

On the west side of South 32^nd Street from West Burnham Street to a point 135 feet south

Part 6.  Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 27^th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Ohio Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday

Part 7.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 15^th Street from West Cleveland Avenue to the dead end south thereof”

Part 8.  Section 101-23-10-c of the Code relating to Alternate Monthly Parking During Winter Months is amended by amending the following:

On South 15^th Street from West Cleveland Avenue south to the dead end

Part 9.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 23^rd Street from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street

On West Orchard Street from South 3^rd Street to South 4^th Street

On South Logan Avenue from East Conway Street to East Homer Street

Part 10.  Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from East North Avenue to North Maryland Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday
