This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

N. Franklin Pl. - E. Ogden Ave. to 250 feet m/l north of E. Ogden Ave. (Curb Set Back on the east and west sides) TD02984508 (879-0905-4) File Number 981612: Replacing all concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches where needed, sodding, and grading. Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital purpose subaccounts.; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to submit invoices to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation throughout the project to obtain reimbursement of the Harbor Assistance Grant funds for E. Jones St. (ST21190209) and N. Lincoln Memorial Dr. (ST21190180).
