This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of West Burleigh Street from the east line of the alley west of North 21st Street to North 24th Street at any time"
"On the north side of West Burleigh Street from the first north/south alley west of North 21st Street to North 24th Street"
"On the south side of West Oklahoma Avenue from the east curb line of South 60th Street to a point 450 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the west side of South 6th Street from the south curb line of West Cleveland Avenue to a point 150 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of North 35th Street from West State Street to West Highland Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect"
"On the east side of South 39th Street from West Pierce Street north to the railroad right-of-way"
"On North 7th Lane from West Chambers Street to West Locust Street"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Bradford Avenue from North Farwell Avenue to a point 60 feet east
In the alley bounded by West Greenfield Avenue, West Scott Street, South 20th Street and South 21st Street
In the alley bounded by West Clybourn Street, West St. Paul Avenue, North 2nd Street and North 3rd Street east/west alley
In the alley bounded by West Greenfield Avenue, West Madison Street, South 3rd Street and South 4th Street
On the east side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to a point 160 feet north at any time
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of South 27th Street from West Lincoln Avenue south to the first east/west alley from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 53rd Street to North 54th Street
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of South 9th Place from West Cleveland Avenue to the Northwestern railroad tracks"
"On the east side of North 41st Street from West St. Paul Avenue south to the end of the street"
"On North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
"On the west side of North 3rd Street from West Galena Street to West Walnut Street"
"On North Water Street from East Clybourn Street to East St. Paul Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On East Clybourn Street from North Van Buren Street to a point 320 feet east of North Van Buren Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
"On East Clybourn Street from North Van Buren Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday"
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of East Clybourn Street from North Van Buren Street to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the north side of East Clybourn Street from North Van Buren Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
Part 7. Section 101-23-4-g of the Code relating to Five Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North Broadway from East Clybourn Street to East St. Paul Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Milwaukee Street to North Jefferson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of East St. Paul Avenue from North Jefferson Street to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the east side of North Jefferson Street from a point 130 feet north of East Chicago Street to North Buffalo Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of East Chicago Street from North Jefferson Street to North Jackson Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday
On the south side of East Clybourn Street from North Jackson Street to North Milwaukee Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

Part 8. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On West Maple Street from South 5th Street to South 6th Street
On South 5th Place from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue
On South 10th Street from West Orchard Street to West Lapham Boulevard
On South 13th Street from West Rogers Street to West Becher Street
On South 15th Place from West Cleveland Avenue south to the dead end
Part 9. Section 101-32-3-c of the Code relating to One Hour Meter Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of West Greenfield Avenue from the west side of South Muskego Avenue to approximately 200 feet west"
Part 10. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South Cesar Chavez Drive from West National Avenue to West Greenfield Avenue from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
On the east side of South Cesar Chavez Drive from West Greenfield Avenue to West Orchard Street from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
On the south side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 15th Place to South Cesar Chavez Drive from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
On West Greenfield Avenue from South Cesar Chavez Drive to South 17th Street from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
On West National Avenue from South Cesar Chavez Drive to a point 350 feet east from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM except Sunday
