This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.
BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and
Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:
1st Aldermanic District
W. Fiebrantz Ave. - N. 14th St. to N. 15th St. (857-0005-4) File Number 951805: Relay storm sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund 31-523---171-0001 -- $22,000)
10th Aldermanic District
N. 29th St. - W. Melvina St. to 250 ft. m/l South of W. Capitol Dr. (857-0049-4) File Number 960742: Relay sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund 31-523---171-0001 -- $98,000)
12th Aldermanic District
Emmber Lane Bascule Bridge over the Menomonee River: Emergency Repairs (Bridge Construction Fund 31-523---011-0001 -- $50,000)
13th and 14th Aldermanic Districts

; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Commissioner of Public Works is authorized and directed to proceed with said work; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer such funds which are available for this purpose to the appropriate capital purpose subaccounts.
