Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2013 offices and positions in the City Service.

This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Department of City Development, Employes' Retirement System, Fire Department, Health Department
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Department of City Development, Real Estate and Development", delete one position of "Program Assistant II" and add one position of "Program Assistant I".
Under "Employes' Retirement System, Fiscal Services", delete one position of "Pension Accounting Specialist" and add one position of "Pension Accounting Manager".
Under "Fire Department, Emergency Services Division Decision Unit, Metropolitan Medical Response System Program Grant, Battalion Chief Fire - MMRS Coordinator (A)", amend footnote "(A)" to read as follows: "To expire 7/31/2014 unless the Metropolitan Medical Response System Program Grant is extended."
Under "Health Department, Family and Community Health Services Division, Empowering Families of Milwaukee Program", delete one position of "Health Project Coordinator-Childhood Wellness (X)(SSS)"; delete two positions of "Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(SSS)"; delete one position of "Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(EEE)"; add one position of "Family and Community Wellness Manager (X)(SSS)(E)"; add two positions of "Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(SSS)(E)"; add one position of "Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(EEE)(E)"; add two positions of "Fatherhood Involvement Specialist (X)(E)"; and amend footnote "(E)" to read as follows: "To expire 09/30/14 unless the Family Foundations Comprehensive Home Visiting Grant is extended."
Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1 2014 - December 22, 2013):
Under "Health Department, Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, "Consumer Environmental Health", delete the entire section and create the division "Consumer Environmental Health" before the Laboratory Services Division; and add the following positions under the new division: one position of "Consumer Environmental Health Division Director, two positions of "Consumer Environmental Health Supervisor", two positions of "Consumer Environmental Health Coordinator, nineteen positions of "Environmental Health Specialist", one "Program Assistant I", and one position of "Office Assistant III".
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provision of Part 2 of this ordinance is deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2014 - (December 22, 2013).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
