The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 100414 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under “Health Department, Family and Community Health Services Division
Milwaukee Breast Cancer Awareness Program”, delete one position of “Office Assistant II (GG)(JJ)(KK)(NN)”, two positions of “Public Health Nurse X)(G)(GG)(JJ)(KK)(NN)” and one position of “Well Women’s Program Manager (X)(Y)(GG)(JJ)(KK)(NN)” and add two positions of “Office Assistant II (GG)(JJ)”, three positions of “Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(GG)(JJ)” and one position of “Well Women’s Program Manager (X)(Y)(U)(GG)(JJ)”.
Under “Health Department, Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division”, delete the following section:
Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (W)
Public Health Educator II (X)(W) 1 position
Lead Risk Assessor II (X)(W)(QQ) 3 positions
Program Assistant II (W) 1 position
Lead Program Information Specialist (W) 1 position
Office Assistant III (W) 1 position
Health Services Assistant II (X)(W)(PP) 1 position
And replace with the following:

Health Services Assistant II (X)(W)(PP) 1 position
Public Health Nurse (X)(G)(W) 1 position
Under “Health Department, Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, Lead Poisoning Control Program - (CDBG)”, delete one position of “Public Health Nurse Supervisor (X)(Y)(TT)” and add one position of “Lead Program Information Specialist (TT)”.
Under “Health Department”, amend footnote “(JJ)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/12 unless the Wisconsin Well Woman Program Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin - Department of Health Services, is extended.”; add footnote “(U)” to read as follows: “To expire 6/30/12 unless the Milwaukee Breast and Cervical Cancer Awareness Grant, available from the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services, is extended.”; amend footnote “(O) to read as follows: “To expire 06/30/12 unless the Congenital Disorders Grant is extended. Also partially funds one position of Public Health Nurse.”; amend footnote “(CCC)” to read as follows: “To expire 9/30/11 unless the Beach Monitoring Grant is extended. One position partially funded by the Beach Monitoring Grant.”; amend footnote “(W)” to read as follows: “To expire 06/30/12 unless the Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant is extended. Also partially funds one position of Home Environmental Health Manager.”; amend footnote “(UUU)” to read as follows: “To expire 06/30/12 unless the Mayors Against Illegal Guns Regional Coordinator Grant from the Joyce Foundation is extended.”; amend footnote “(E)” to read as follows: “To expire 06/30/12 unless the Family Foundations Comprehensive Home Visiting Grant is extended.”; and delete footnotes “(KK)” and “(NN)”.
Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 3. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
