Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in
various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
“On West Good Hope Road from North 76th Street to a point 300 feet east of the center line of North 68th Street, at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Good Hope Road from the east curb line of North 41st Street extended to a point 110 feet east thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 60th Street to North 76th Street at any time”
“On the north side of West Good Hope Road from the east curb line of North 76th Street to a point 575 feet east thereof at any time”
“On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 76th Street to a point approximately 900 feet west at any time”
“On the south side of West Good Hope Road from North Teutonia Avenue east to the railroad tracks at any time”
“On the south side of West Good Hope Road from the west curb line of North 48th Street to a point 90 feet west thereof at any time”
“On the south side of West Good Hope Road from a point approximately 1,000 feet east of the east curb line of North 76th Street to a point 2,000 feet further east thereof at any time”
“On the south side of West Good Hope Road from the east curb line of North 76th Street to a point 2,400 feet east thereof at any time”
“On the east side of South 88th Street from West Morgan Avenue to West Warnimont Avenue”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North Teutonia Avenue to a point 144 feet east of North 43rd Street Except Saturday and Sunday
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 43rd Street to a point 144 feet east
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 43rd Street to a point 240 feet east of North 51st Street Except Saturday and Sunday
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 51st Street to a point 240 feet east
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 51st Street to a point 270 feet west
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from a point 270 feet west of North 51st Street to a point 210 feet east of North 60th Street Except Saturday and Sunday
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 60th Street to a point 210 feet east
On the north side of West Good Hope Road from North 60th Street to North 76th Street
On the south side of West Good Hope Road from North Teutonia Avenue to North 38th Street
On the south side of West Good Hope Road from North 38th Street to a point 250 feet west
On the south side of West Good Hope Road from a point 280 feet west of North 38th Street to North 42nd Street Except Saturday and Sunday
On the south side of West Good Hope Road from North 43rd Street to a point 280 feet west
On the south side of West Good Hope Road from a point 150 feet east of North 44th Street to North 51st Street Except Saturday and Sunday

On the south side of West Good Hope Road from a point 320 feet west of North 51st Street to a point 170 feet east of North 60th Street Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 4. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On East Conway Street from South Woodward Street to South Williams Street
