A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turn Lanes is amended by striking the following:
"On N. Plankinton Avenue at W. Wisconsin Avenue Left Lane Must Turn Left Northbound"
"On N. Plankinton Avenue at W. Wisconsin Avenue Right Lane Must Turn Right Southbound"
"Part 2. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Manadatory Turn Lanes is amended by adding the following:
On N. Plankinton Avenue at W. Michigan Street Left Lane Must Turn Left Northbound
On N. Plankinton Avenue at W. Michigan Street Right Lane Must Turn Right Southbound
Part 3. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On W. Scott Street from S. 14th Street to S. 15th Place
On W. Lloyd Street from N. 11th Street to N. 14th Street
On N. 12th Street from W. Brown Street to W. Garfield Avenue
On W. Florist Avenue from N. 79th Street to N. 83rd Street
On W. Oklahoma Avenue from S. 38th Street to S. 41st Street
Part 4. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Brentwood Avenue at N. 71st Street"
"On N. Yuba Street at N. Landers Street"
"On N. 71st Street at N. Landers Street"
Part 5. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:
"On W. Acacia Street at W. Cody Circle and N. Yuba Street"
Part 6. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On N. Yuba Street at N. Landers Street in all directions
On N. 71st Street and N. Landers Street in all directions
On W. Brentwood Avenue and N. 71st Street in all directions
On W. Acacia Street and W. Cody Circle in all directions
On W. Acacia Street and N. Yuba Street in all directions
On W. Acacia Street and N. Landers Street in all directions
On W. Acacia Street and W. Shelby Street in all directions
On N. 67th Street and W. Shelby Street in all directions
On N. Landers Street and W. Lima Street in all directions

In the alley south of W. Burnham Street west of S. 3rd Street
Part 8. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way streets is amended by striking the following:
"On N. Plankinton Avenue from W. St. Paul Avenue to W. Wisconsin Avenue northerly direction"
Part 9. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way streets is amended by adding the following:
On N. Plankinton Avenue from W. St. Paul Avenue to W. Michigan Street northerly direction
